Send your bank's format

If Xtracto does not recognise your bank's alerts, the template of the message is enough to add it. You do not need to register anywhere, and we do not want a single piece of your data: amounts, dates, merchants and numbers must not appear in what you send.

The easy way: open Xtracto, go to Captures, expand the alert it does not recognise and press “Help with this format”. The app brings you here with everything filled in and already obfuscated.

It appears inside Xtracto, under the text of the capture. Something like com.rsi.nba.

Replace every piece of data with a placeholder: <amount>, <date>, <time>, <merchant>, <card>, <account>. Not a single number can be left.

What you send is published as a public issue in the project's repository, with the text exactly as it reads above. No email address and no identifier of yours is stored; your IP is used only to limit submissions per hour and is kept as a salted digest, never in the clear. See the privacy policy.
